cifraHQ Enterprise is the ERP product from P4 Software, the same company behind P4 Warehouse. We build for the Latin American upper-mid-market because the financial software available today wasn't designed for us.
Why this product exists
For two decades, the Latin American upper-mid-market has had two real cloud ERP options: NetSuite or SAP Business One. Both are global products, designed outside the region, translated into Spanish and adapted through localization modules maintained by external partners. Neither treats Mexico, Panama, Colombia or Costa Rica as first-class modules.
The cifraHQ Enterprise thesis is simple: consumption tax, withholdings, local currency and the multi-entity structure of a regional holding are not add-ons. They are the customer's actual operation. They belong in the core of the product, modeled in the same database that supports the accounting entry, with the same state machine that controls period close.
At the same time, the upper-mid-market needs more than a "national" ERP. It needs real multi-entity, multi-currency with origin preservation, a versioned public API, tenant isolation and an SLA with numbers that matter. Not an expanded accounting product, but a platform designed so a group of three to thirty entities operating across multiple countries can close period, consolidate and pass an audit without relying on spreadsheets.
cifraHQ Enterprise is that platform. We don't try to be the cheapest ERP on the market, or the largest. We try to be the one a Latin American CFO with three to twenty consolidated companies would choose if they could design it from scratch. We build it in Panama, audit it against SOC 2 Type I, and serve it from Azure with a database per customer.
What we don't negotiate
Country as a domain, not a pack
ITBMS, CFDI, vendor withholdings, DGI reporting — the engine resolves localization at the same time it posts the invoice. No nightly sync, no localization partner maintaining a parallel module.
Built to integrate
Public API with OpenAPI published at <code>/swagger</code>, HMAC-signed webhooks, versioned with each release. Every Enterprise customer gets a platform, not a sealed box. Integrators download the spec and generate a client.
No data hostage
Your data is yours. The export-bridge extracts it by batch or by event, the public API delivers it in real time, and at contract end we hand over a full copy of the database. There is no cost to disconnect.

Where we are
Panama — HQ
Panama is the operational and legal center of P4 Software. From there we coordinate engineering, compliance and operations. It is also where the contracting entity sits, and the primary jurisdiction of our Enterprise contracts.
Regional reach
We serve customers across Panama, Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Dominican Republic and other Central American and Southern Cone jurisdictions. The implementation team works on Latin American business hours, with meetings synced to the customer's time zone.
