Custom quote, not a catalog price.
cifraHQ Enterprise is licensed by user band and number of entities. We don't publish per-seat rates or standard plans: each quote reflects the operational scope, the number of companies to consolidate and the implementation services your group needs.
The quote model
The product is licensed under a custom-quote model, not under published per-seat rates. The reason is pragmatic: a group of three entities with fifteen operational users does not pay the same as a holding of twelve entities with one hundred twenty users, even at the same per-seat rate. Structure, entity count, local compliance requirements and the scope of initial implementation materially change the total cost.
Our quote considers three main variables: the user band (5–25, 25–100, 100+), the number of consolidated legal entities, and the scope of implementation services. Enterprise licensing is per tenant, and the tenant includes all group entities under a single database with per-company isolation.
User bands. The 5–25 band typically fits small groups of two to five entities with centralized accounting. Most of our customers operate in the 25–100 band — mid-sized holdings with five to fifteen entities, distributed finance teams and active commercial operations. The 100+ band is for multi-country groups, multiple business models under a single holding, or accounting firms serving client portfolios.
Entity bundling. Adding a subsidiary to an existing tenant has a predictable marginal cost, not an independent license. Multi-entity architecture is included in the Enterprise edition — it is not an add-on module.
LATAM-friendly invoicing. We invoice in USD or PAB by default, with the contracting entity in Panama. For customers in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica and other jurisdictions where direct local-currency payment simplifies operations, we coordinate alternative invoicing schemes during the contract phase.

A typical engagement
Every implementation is different, but most of our engagements follow a common four-phase structure. The typical timeline is eight to sixteen weeks from kickoff to go-live, depending on the number of entities, the complexity of historical data and the maturity of the current accounting process.
- Discovery. Working sessions with the finance and operations team to map the chart of accounts, purchase and sales flows, the consolidation scheme and regulatory reporting. Deliverable: signed functional design document.
- Data migration. Extraction of masters (customers, vendors, products, chart of accounts) and historical balances from the current system. Reconciliation of opening balances against the previous period close. Deliverable: tenant with production data loaded and validated.
- Configuration. Parameterization of entities, local taxes, cost centers, approval policies, commission rules and multi-entity hierarchy. User creation and permission assignment. Deliverable: tenant configured and tested in a pre-production environment.
- Training and go-live. Role-based training (accountant, treasurer, approver, administrator) with material specific to your operation. Intensive support during the first two weeks of live operation and the first period close. Deliverable: customer team operating autonomously.
