Supply Chain cluster
Nine modules on real inventory.

Three cluster differentiators
Costing
Perpetual valuation, not periodic
The costing engine runs inside the posting transaction — every movement updates unit cost. Never "recompute the month at close".
GRNI
Automatic accrual on receipt
The receipt document accrues into
GRNI
; the vendor bill reverses and posts AP. GRNI aging report for close — no manual journals.
Traceability
Forward and backward in one click
Lot to customer, customer to lot. Automatic recalls, FEFO on pick, GS1/GTIN/SSCC for pharma and food with FDA/INVIMA/COFEPRIS templates.
What we own and what P4 Warehouse owns
- cifraHQ owns the "what". SKUs, cost, valuation, purchase orders, receipt as document, GRNI, AP, accounting adjustments.
- P4W owns the "where". Bins, zones, picks, packs, physical movements, bin-to-bin transfers, FIFO/FEFO per pick. Anything below the warehouse level.
- No sub-warehouses in cifraHQ. Only the
Warehouselevel. Permanent by design — avoids responsibility conflict with P4W. - Standalone tenants work the same. If you don't have P4W, the single-warehouse model covers distribution and wholesale. Not a limitation; it's the scope.
