The status page is the official channel for uptime, active incidents and scheduled maintenance. It's public, no account required, and there is no private status page for enterprise customers.

What you'll find

One place for three questions

  • Is it up? Per-component indicator — application, API, Hangfire jobs, SQL. Data from the last published incident and uptime for the current month.
  • Is there an active incident? Open incidents with public timeline. Every update carries timestamp, author and next expected update. No generic "still investigating" messages for 8 hours.
  • Is there scheduled maintenance? Windows published at least 72 hours in advance, placed outside Panama and US Eastern business hours when possible.
